Fixed /help Menu outdated

What happened: /help menu is outdated with old plugins

Custom Commands
/mygroups (command doesn't work but can be accessed by doing /myinfo then mygroups)

Grief Prevention
Completly outdated, needs to be updated to the Lands plugin
